Due to the health regulations, SHECOOLHECOOL.com can only exchange to exact same item if an item has a manufacturing defect that we failed to detect.
RMA Request:
You must request an RMA number within 3 days of receiving your order and the product must be returned within 10 days of receiving an RMA number.
- Contact us for RMA number at return@shecoolhecool.com
- Please state your full name, order number, product ID number and purchase date when you request for RMA number.
- Once you have received your RMA number, you must clearly mark the RMA number on the shipping box containing the product you wish to return.
- Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
- Please return all products via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
- We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used.
